Onsemi’s Industrial and Consumer Sensor Division is looking for a Product Marketing Manager helping our team to determine in what direction to focus. If you are fascinated by imaging, pixels, resolution and a perfect image quality, this might be just what you have been looking for. As Product Marketing Manager you play a crucial role in the definition of new product families, creation of convincing business cases, working together with other teams within our division, and from time to time visit customers on site. You will have the chance to attend exhibitions to get a better feel for what the markets we are after require and you will have the opportunity to share your thoughts and findings to a larger team up to our higher management. You will be positively surprised by the variety of products and end applications you will get to know and encounter during your investigations.
Managing and defining new CMOS Image Sensor product family/families from the cradle to the grave, define the specifications and long term strategy.
Define market plans and attack strategy
Managing core aspects of product for the full life cycle (definition to end-of-life) – target applications, core value proposition, pricing, market opportunity
Align internally as well as externally with our teams and customers on sensor expectations, requirements and forecasts
Engaging customers and our own field staff to collect customer and market requirements
TAMS/SAM/SOM numbers have no secrets for you
Work together with international teams within an international organization
Cross functional team work, present and defend your findings and recommendations to peers and our management
Customer focused, team player
Effective verbal and communication skills, both written and oral, fluent in English
Willingness to travel when required (occasional)
Analytical skills for modeling market impact of product trade-off decisions (revenue, units, segmentation, attach rates)
An “ownership” mind set where you feel responsible for the overall success of the product
Preferably familiar with the CMOS Imaging market, not a must
Not afraid to pick up the phone and talk to customers

onsemi is excited to share the base salary range for this position is$162,840.00-$209,415.00 exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. The final pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, education, experience, and/or consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
